Giovanni Bellissimo
In 2021, Giovanni Bellissimo graduated with honours in law from the University of Milan –Bicocca, with a dissertation on criminal law entitled “Criminal implications of the new Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code”.
In 2021, he attended the postgraduate course in Criminal Law “Europe and Criminal Law” at the University of Florence, as well as the Advanced Training Course in Corporate and business criminal law held by the training school “CamminoDiritto”.
In 2022, he obtained the Master’s Degree in Corporate and business criminal law “Filippo Sgubbi” at the University of Bologna, with the highest marks.
From May 2021, he began to collaborate with Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale as a trainee lawyer.
He has been enrolled in the Milan Bar Association since 2023.
He is the author of several publications on Corporate criminal law.
He works in Italian and English.
