Pistochini Avvocati was born, a law firm specialized in corporate criminal law

The new Pistochini Avvocati professional reality was created starting from 1 June 2020, conceived and designed by Alessandro Pistochini together with his team, to enhance the experience and skills of a close-knit group of lawyers, who has been working together since 2003. The professionals after a fruitful collaboration and maintaining a friendly relationship, they separate from the team of Avv. Lorenzo Crippa. Pistochini Avvocati is made up of the Managing Partner Alessandro Pistochini, the Attorneys Valentina Dugnani, Andrea Gaudio, Davide Giorgiadi, Francesca Lazzeri, Verena Pusateri and Guido Stampanoni Bassi, the Of Counsel Prof. Avv. Gianluca Varraso and Simone Fraschini and the Trainees Luca Moglia and Marco Guarino Bagnasco.

The goal is to create a firm of criminal lawyers, criminal law experts of business and economics, modernly organized, efficient, equipped with new technologies, the best IT security and data protection standards, able to understand and meet the requests for assistance from a legal market that today has become global.
The Firm is aimed at a clientele made up of multinational, Italian and private customers and operates mainly in the areas of Corporate, Banking and Financial Criminal Law, Tax, Bankruptcy, IT, Pharmaceutical, Public Administration, Administrative Responsibility for offenses in Entities, of Medical Responsibility.
